This session is designed to drop you into a deeply meditative state of bliss. Unwind from your work week and transition into the weekend feeling relaxed and stress free with this deep dive into conscious rest. This experience is a blend of guided Some breath meditation in which we breathe in beats together to music specifically designed to bring you into a calming brainwave state. This is followed by a peaceful Sound Bath of nature sounds, Tibetan bowls, gongs, crystal singing bowls, and chanting. Doors open at 5:30 to allow you to enter the space, set your intentions, and settle into a comfortable nest of your own creation. Props, pillows, and blankets are provided for your comfort. Feel free to bring additional items, including water, crystals, a journal, as well as anything else that supports your healing journey. Special accommodations can be provided upon request. If unfamiliar with breathwork, a brief introduction will be offered prior to session. Session will begin at 6:00.
